You can change it to reflect what it actually pays. Personally for like $72 and 6 hours of work I'd rate that pretty low.

It really isn't. Also, people have their own standards for what pays well or not. $13/hr living in like CA is absolute trash.

This was a lesson I had to learn as well. I live in a town of 4k, cost of living is pretty low. So I stop to remember what it was like to live in houston, Hawaii, etc... and what min. wage is in the larger cities and so forth. Then actually weigh in the work required. Every dollar hit is not the same in terms of effort required. The more hits you do, the more familiar you will become with a hit that is truly "generous" vs one that is avg and one that was an absolute nightmare at any pay rate.

 

This shit is why I don't trust pay sentiment. Too many people can't wrap their heads around using it properly. Give me raw times (TV has them) and I'll double check to make sure it isn't just some being the reason that the hourly is low.

 

Federal minimum wage is fine for people who are just starting jobs, teenagers, people who live on their own, etc. You can't raise a family on it, but depending on where you live and what your circumstances are, it's fine.

 

people complain.. so many people work at restaurants and make 8 or 9 per hour .. can only get 3 or 4 hours and get sent home.. they had to spend gas and time to get to work and gas and time to get home. Yet working for 12 or 13 per hour sitting at home, cannot be complained about.

 

I went back and can't leave it unrated. I feel it is low so I rated it as such.

 

Just because there are starving children in Africa doesn't mean you can't complain about standards here in the US.

 

You mocked a HIT you shared and I commented on that. If you took it as a complaint that's your issue. I understand no one likes to appear to have made a mistake but own it and move on. I am going back to more mature endeavours now.
