That's correct for the most part with surveys. With a batch you can just accept the next available one.

But depending on the structure of the project, you might be able to accept a different assignment. Usually if the "hits available" says one the answer is no, if it's greater than that you can accept more assignments from that project group even if you return one, but you just can't accept the particular assignment that you returned even if subsequent ones look the same.

Even in a batch you still can never accept that exact hit again, which is useful if you're wanting to cherry pick good hits out of a batch
