Yeah, mine is usually really shaky. I once went from coherent and talking to waking up after being in a light coma for like 12 hours ,cause my blood sugar went from normal to 25 in less than an hour. I remember buzzing a friend into my complex and then waking up in a hospital the next day. It's a lot better now than it used to be, but I typically run low and I burn thru sugar (or carbs in general) when I eat it. I have to have sugar before bed, or I'll wake up in a cold sweat at 3am. I just leave a juice box on my nightstand for the times that happens
