I agree. There's people all around us buying shit on credit left and right (side by sides, brand new cars/campers etc.) and then they're stressing over that payment each month. Piss on that. I'm done with payments in 3 months and CAN'T wait.

That's what Matt does for the most part- rocking a 770 last we checked, has no issues renting or buying anything, got offered a very nice interest rate on the mortgage (which, I had to force him to consider lol). He uses his single credit card a few times a month to keep credit up and pays it at the end of the month. Dude won't even use a debit card. He's a cash boy.

I'm super late for the party, but if you watch Infinity War before Endgame you should be fine. That's what we did and now we are going back and watching the ones we've missed over the years. We watched Doctor Strange and Black Panther over the past few days.

People who owe to three plus jewelry companies (I mean, wtf? You buying lots of diamonds, sir?)

People with more than 10 student loan accounts in default (ten? again, wtf!!!) (defaulted student loans are so common, like so, so so so so so common).

Some really staggeringly high medical balances due back before we had the ACA, haven't seen much new ones for that since the ACA went into effect. But like a few had 300-400K in medical balances that were just never getting paid off.

So. Many. Unpaid. Child. Supports.

Someone who owed virtually every cellphone company out there and was in collections for all of them. Just kept hopping companies and not paying I guess?

Someone who owed money to every single utility company here, therefore would not be able to rent from us until they paid those off and could prove they could get utility services in their name.

After the housing crash we saw many people making six figures who now had to rent because they had foreclosures and also their credit reports showed repo'd sports vehicles (boats, 5th wheels, quads, etc.)

 

Girl i feel you there. We paid my truck off in 2.5 years, and I'm so ready to be done with it. Just a few more months.

My friend just bought a square shaped, I guess you would call it a party boat, but it is like a pontoon boat with a molded in deck and seats all the way around it. He paid a fortune for it and my parents want one but the only other one I have found is like $90K. It is really cool looking and combines the pontoon with a ski boat

Why does this go on credit report? I legitimately don't understand how those two things are connected lol.. be like a traffic ticket going on your CR or something maybe I haven't thought this through, I guess it technically shows you're unreliable but.. kinda tossing it on top of a random pile lol

 

I literally just hung up the phone with an owner who has a place up for rent right now. Asked me if we should lower the rent to get it rented faster.

I had to break it to him it's not that the rent is too high. People are qualifying income wise. It's credit, or they have evictions, or they have a pet (this is a no pet place).

Credit screws so many.
