    He's been using it in some form or another since the 90s. I've had to reformat his machine on several occasions due to infestations, and he's had to take it to Worst Buy several times when I couldn't be there to help. Just think of all the extra times he would have fallen victim to viruses if he didn't use the norton! He recently signed up for their vpn service at home and on his phone...it's slower, but he's safer!

    I tried to convince him to just go with windows defender.
