But TV was a toss up of approved and rejected hits. Shoulda played it safe.

 

Yeah, I was doing multiple lines to make it stand out more and got cocky- the first one I laid down was a nice, smooth Y, and then I immediately botched it on the second cause I didn't have consisent enough pressure going with my piping bag and couldn't finish my line. Buttercream is just so much more forgiving too! and I'm still baffled by the royal icing.I borked my kerning a bit, as well. I wanted the A to be bigger in the middle and did it first and then kinda realized my leftmost Y was now stuck off to the side kind of awkwardly. It kinda looks like a monogram I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on, but I'm happy with how this one turned out. I think it beats a non-edible card!

 

At least you get to laugh at the rejection reason, which is one of the better ones I've ever seen. That's worth a rejection

 

Yup. I looked at that and actually snorted.
