05/06 - Seven Ate Nine Monday

I was in an area that is a crossover point between a state park and the angeles national forest. Started from the state park, onto the PCT, and looped around the perimeter trails of the state park on the way back to where I was parked. I accidentally took an incorrect parallel trail that led to a dead end, pulled out my gps and I was for sure still in the state park, and there hadn't been any friggen fences or other markers and I popped out from behind the signs, still on a trail.


It was more funny than anything, cause I have a tendency to get mildly lost about...every hike I've ever taken. It has been 0 hikes since Birdie last got lost.

 

I have two 16GB sticks in my computer and could upgrade to a total of 64GB total.

I mean why the fuck would I but I could.

I mean it's enough for what I do, that's with playing The Sims 4 all day instead of working and never restarting Chrome ever.

 

Seeing 70% ram usage is scary. I used to be on 24GB before this and while that was plenty 16GB obviously isn't.

 

Give chrome a few more weeks and I'm sure that it will start crashing after running out of ram.

How many tabs do you run at once? I crash with about 16 tabs open if I leave them open long enough

 

16 tabs is your max? I rarely have less than 10 open.

 

I have 8gb of ram because I need to upgrade lol

 

are you playing videos on all 16 tabs? I have the same 8gb and usually I can keep 25+ tabs open if I don't clear them out

 

I have about 15 tabs right now. I also close tabs when I'm done with them, I know bizarre concept.

 

Yeah 8GB is not enough for chrome.. .somehow..

16GB honestly is plenty even if it is dumb how ram hungry stuff is these days.
