    The brisket was tasty. The night was a fucking disaster and we left early. Let's just say, there were a bunch of folks I didn't know and they ripped on my Yay cookie for being ugly, not knowing I was the one who made it. And it got better and better until Matt-bot sniped me some pink beverage and we went home, as the only people we liked were eyeing the door as well and left shortly after us.

    I own a duplex that I rent to agencies who give people "a second chance" or "help" in having a place to live. These are people who would never qualify for a rental on their own. The people who live in my units are their clients.

    Just got a call from a neighbor that this lady who just moved into the back unit of the duplex has moved her son and his girlfriend into the garage. An unfinished, one car garage. And the neighbors know it's her son due to all the fighting that goes on that they've captured on video (well, the video is of their yard, but it captures the sound from my yard).

    Love tenants. If this woman won't get her son out, I'll make the agency kick her out. Why would someone do this and risk basically FREE housing in a NICE place? (I lived in that unit with my son for the first almost four years of his life).
