LOL other than remembering dreams, I have had no side effects whatsoever. I haven't been irritable...I don't think...HAHA maybe I should ask my family. But seriously, no I have not had any cravings beyond what I have been smoking. It's weird, I really just don't think about smoking like I did before. It's awesome!

that's really great, i'm glad to hear it! i remember dan's advice being something like (loosely quoted, i'm too lazy to search) "you're not quitting, don't make it a big deal, you're just not doing it anymore" and it sounds like that's working out for you.

 

It's been pretty good from what I've played, way different than Detroit Become Human, what I was playing before.

The days that are hardest for me is when the weather sucks. I (can I guess if I'm feeling froggy) won't walk in thunderstorms because I'm so paranoid about lightening. On days that I can walk a lap around the place when I get a craving I'm good. You're doing great girl!! Keep it up!

 

Keep it up! Quitting is really hard. I know, I've done it more than once. But this last time has finally stuck, yay!

I do still avoid a few triggers that always made me want to smoke, but it's not so bad anymore, really.

It is! I'm praying one more round and I'll be completely done. This starter pack goes to 28 days, but Al said he would prescribe the extender pack or whatever it was called because it helps to do one more round even after you stop.
