Doesn't matter, unless you're intentionally choosing to work for garbage requesters this will not happen frequently enough for it to be an issue.

Your options are:

Submit w/ worker id, 98+% chance of being paid
Return the hit, 100% chance of being unpaid
Submit w/ worker id, 1-2% chance of being rejected & unpaid

Rejections are meaningless when your only other option is already to go unpaid for work you completed, so just submit it.

* this doesn't apply to surveys that are <25c or so, surveys that pay $1/hr that you finished anyway b/c that requester already doesn't give a fuck, or to anyone who inexplicably often misses completion codes / has other major issues with the work they're submitting which would increase the odds of being rejected

 

You would get 30-60 instead doing something that wasn't underpaid.
