kinda curious about deep frying an egg

I know that egg is used in breading and stuff, but I wonder how it'd be to bread a slightly undercooked hard boiled egg - and then deep fry it for a bit.

might be pretty good. Get that soft hard boiled egg in the middle that we all know and love - but with a crispy crunch outside to get that desired crunch we yearn for at breakfast
