So, your saying that I should cut into my Mountains of Peruvian cocaine budget... shi.t

 

Make an excel budget. Really. I live on about 35 a day. I pay all bills (around 1200) from this. If I was actually working this like I should we would be doing even better. Realistically buget out how much you need to survive and math that out by the month and take out how many days/weelends you want off.
*yes, I got my husband on board to working again.

 

That would be a good start.

 

I don't really keep track of what I spend but it really isn't much but mostly because I just buy food from costco and cook all my meals.

 

And also don't have 3 kids to feed.

 

if you don't feed them for awhile you won't have to feed them ever again.

 

We cook from home too, mostly rice right now, but we haven't had to miss a meal in about a month. Hoping to cut out some of the rice soon too!

 

There is just like mint and you need a budget but those cost money and shit. Perhaps there are good free ones for those that don't want to make an excel spreadsheet.

ya the whole having the US government asking me for thousands of dollars to bring my family to the US and then paying my wifes c-section at a hospital that has above third world standards really fucks up budgets quick... i dropped 4000 in a day last month between visa fees and clinic expenses.. I have so much shit hitting at the same time right now it is not even funny.. and my families final Visa interview is coming up in June and gotta pay like 750.

I make 50 to 60k a year at my day job in the US, but I gotta get back to the US and I will be fine.
