    I could tell my use was becoming unhealthy. Like after I deleted everything, I would just muscle memory go and grab my phone at random times to check it anyway. Even though I never thought I cared about it, this still happened to me.

    exaaactly. between the memes, plants, cute animals, and true crime news, i feel like i'm always stalking her on fb because of all of our overlapping hobbies and interests. (and insanely cute kid obviously, i just didn't want to say she's a hobby because that's weird)

    I try not to be obnoxious on my FB though. If I see something that strikes me or touches me, I will repost. Or I post updates of my kids. I'm sure I've ticked one or two people off but, I try to be polite about stuff.
