its funny because I honestly have no fucking idea what I am doing on Csats, I try to do a good job.. I just write alot about depth perception and high levels of attention to detail and bi manual dexterity and they think i am an expert apparently

I love that they pay almost slave wages to people to evaluate surgeons. No way that is actually valuable in any way.

I mean.. it's not as they give us a thorough training.. I don't know wtf is going on actually.. i see somebody bleeding and I assume the surgeon did something stupid.. but I do not usually know if that bleeding is normal or the idiot made a bad cut. then block people that they don't think do a good enough job.
