TurkerViewJS Updated to v10.8.0

CHANGELOG for v10.8.0: These changes are geared toward making improvements to the communication systems on MTurk. TVJS has made a few improvements to contacting requesters, including direct contact links on the TVJS dashboard & TV website. We've also given all users a heads up about MTurk's dysfunctional direct contact link error messaging and appended messages to assure workers their messages do in fact go through, hopefully cutting down on SPAM to requester inboxes. The communication score on reviews has also been hidden UNLESS a worker has actually contacted the requester through MTurk. Overall this should lead to slightly more reliable data quality around communication scores on TV (further improvements to come on this once I know it's functioning properly). I'll be going through every past review w/ a comm score once this build becomes required to ensure consistency from past data, but moving forward even the comm score itself should be a better/more reliable indicator the user actually has contacted the requester through MTurk and it will also clear up the form a little bit when showing the comm rating field is totally unnecessary.
