First solution that comes to mind on the multi-tabbing issue is to simply create timers that pause when one tabs away. Is that too simple or am I missing something? You'd have to have a way to differentiate between batches and outside survey tabs, so maybe some kind of small user input might be needed there. But yeah either way the communication issue is a much more difficult one to solve. Unless.. you were to create a small subsection of the platform for foreign reviewers in which the standard averages were different and wouldn't be mixed in with the others. When signing up a person would be asked if they are from the U.S., (or given an english comprehension test) and if not they'd be taken to the separate area. Exports would either have to be tagged with a special note so that everyone knew they were from a non U.S. worker, or not allowed at all. Sorry if any of these ideas offend anyone or anything, I just like troubleshooting things.
