Good hourly if you're not rejected.

Cons:
You'll get a least a few HITs rejected. In my case it was for not removing a nested name tag where exactly that was done in his example. Basically you have to guess at how he wants things marked and hope he doesn't reject you for not reading his mind.
Also, the interface didn't allow me to delete tags. Double clicking just highlighted the tag, rather than delete as the instructions mentioned.
