I shared in fit friends, but I'm so excited I have to share here too. I have finally hit a huge milestone with my health. 50 pounds gone in the last 4 months. I have worked so hard and it has paid off. I'm not quite where I want to be yet, about 15 more pounds to go, but I am so far from where I was. I'm breathing better, I haven't had to use my breathing machine or my inhaler nearly as much. I can MOVE and PLAY with my son. We go out and actually play basketball together without me stopping to rest or coming in to take a treatment. I can actually take him to the park without feeling like I'm going to die.

I feel so much better, and not trying to be boastful! Well...maybe just a little.
