@Tracy Wethington The cream cheese is usually like a buck each and the powdered sugar/flour has always worked just fine for my baking. I even did an experiment with their flour and sugar vs nicer brands, and nobody could tell the dang difference on cookies or bread! Freshness of the flour always seems to impact my sourdough a lot more than the brand itself. Oh! The sour cream is also fine and I've never had an issue with their heavy cream before. I religiously use that stuff for my baking.

I do get a lot of my stuff from there, and I have used their cream cheese. But I've never tried their goat cheese or other "specialty" cheeses.

 

Nothing I've seen mentioned in this thread goes good in a crock pot

 

I think I've used just about every speciality cheese they've ever produced. They don't always have some things, but I've yet to have an issue with fontina/gruyere/speciality cheddars/goat cheese/feta/ brie/smoked gouda/the smoked cheddar/the havartis/ the fresh mozzarella/the ricotta/ etc etc etc.

I've probably used even more than that. They have the seasonal ones and the limited edition ones and I always gobble them up when I see them in the app.

I love cheese. I LOVE CHEESE!

 

OH MAN! They had really nice quality asiago recently and I've baked like 20 types of bread with asiago since. They also had super nice fresh parm-reg around christmas and I went bonkers on pasta dishes/making braciole.

OH! THE ASADERO IS SWELL, TOO!

Oh gosh, now I want cheese.

Husband is making a Kahlua pork tonight. Rubbed in pink Himalayan sea salt and liquid smoke. Slow cooked for around 6-8 hours. Super cheap and lasts for a while.
