random weird thing i want to share for anyone else who might run into it when scripting

    if u see this
Access to Script at 'file:///blahblahblah/jquery.min.js' from origin 'null' has been blocked by CORS policy: Invalid response. Origin 'null' is therefore not allowed access.

instead of spending an hour reading about cors and --disable-web-security u really dont need to try to fix chrome st00pid or tampermonkey.

u just need to delete the stupid crossorigin="anonymous" in the saved html for the script. u dont have to worry about this if ur just doing the frame in another tab but local files u do
in case it tripped anyone else up first i ever saw it

for joe lo i just used deep data analsys to look at the previous 20 years of stock data and automatically pick accordingly because obviously if i could do that id want to use it to make $.80 instead of actually using it to pcik stocks lol

I'm so frustrated right now. I have been trying so hard to put the hours in and Turk but no one around me will respect the fact that I'm working. I have no space of my own to sit in without being interrupted and no matter what I do, there's someone who is either asking me favors (that involve being away from the computer) or trying to talk to me. Like this morning I had to run an errand that should've taken ten minutes and instead took two hours (of my best morning focus time) and now I have to grocery shopping. I cannot wait to have my own space. Who knows when I'll ever be able to afford it at this rate though...

Ctl/Cmd + C doesn't work, but right clicking often does.

one of the friends i got into mturk really surprised me the other day. he was like "when you do surveys do you actually even read them?" and i'm like "yeah of course. don't you?" he just shakes his head and laughs. i'm like "well that's a great way to get rejected and have just wasted your time doing it". was telling him about one of my most lucrative closed quals and he goes "so if you don't get the information you just make up something and submit it right?" i'm like "why would i do that?" he goes "just so you can get paid".... the whole conversation was just a major :emoji_face_palm: felt ashamed that i ever introduced him to mturk

I do agree with that, to a point.

However, it may not surprise you to find out that I was the moron who worked my ass off for minimum wage in my first job. I felt like I was getting paid to do a job, so I could either do it properly, or not take the job at all. I can honestly say there has been very little difference in my effort for jobs I have worked for $5/hr and $200/hr.

I completely get the other side of the coin, though, and in the end we all have to do what we feel comfortable doing. It's hard to call one mindset wrong and another right, and I guess that's why we see these same psychological surveys over and over.

I prefer my life to be a series of puzzles I must solve.
