    But then I'm the bad guy because they only make this trip like once or twice a year because they are un in Chicago. They say it's to 'come down and see me' but really it's because the interstate passes through a town 'close' to me.

    I am so sorry I have rejected your response becasue I accidently uploaded the wrong link to our survey. I am a new requester and am still trying to learn how to use MTurk. But that does not give me an excuse to reject your response and deny your time and effort.

    I am contacting MTurk customer service to see how I can overrun my rejection. Because unfortunately I also disposed the old batch I have created, I cannot reverse rejections the regular way at present.     I've found family is the people who will make you feel the worst sometimes just because they can. They take everything personally and treat it like a personal insult instead of what it actually is. I've had the same issue with some of my family with them wanting me to "not work" that day and just drive hours away. Unfortunately for them, I am an ass and when I got married/had a child they became my number 1 priority above them and I refuse to skip work to run off and listen to the family gossip about each other.

    Sure they make it sound like I'm a bad person but... technically I am so they can get over it.

    I feel you though and understand the situation hopefully you can find a way to make everything fit the next go around :) If not.. you do you.

    IIRC MTurk can still overturn them manually even if a batch is disposed, but it's been a while since I've seen someone try so YMMV. Also kind of at the mercy of w/e random they get as a CS rep
