    I'm not saying the requester is without fault and I'm not sure how they survey played out if you said no to a question about using FB @ work, but sometimes you have to protect yourself. There were questions about what features you use, how you use them and what you would improve. Maybe it skipped that for people who don't use it, I dunno. However there is a lesson here. If the hit title seems to exclude you, the survey ends up being really short or asks things not applicable to you, and you don't get a code, those are 3 big clues to take note of.
