    Nothing wrong with a little quick and easy snack. I turn on my oven enough hours of the day as it is:emoji_joy: I make little no - bake energy balls for myself to nosh on thru the week (and some sugarless pumpkin ones for the boys as treats). It's better than processed crap and it's simple enough to throw together that I don't fall off the snack food wagon. :emoji_grin:

    Hmm. I've never tried almond butter.
    Not especially. I like Paula Deen's Ooey gooey pumpkin cake. Aside from that I much prefer sweet potato.
    And I don't like pumpkin seeds at all.

    I feel that, I'm not a huge pumpkin fan, but the dogs and Matt-bot are. Fwiw, I've made most of my no-bake cookie balls with nutella and almond butter or cashew butter before without issue! It'll bind your cookies up either way :)
