Well that would just be silly.

 

If I remember correctly, it's a crime there to collect rain water. But pooping on the streets is totes okay. Priorities.

 

No.... but all that matters is we can still freely poop in the streets



They probably won't ban smokes cuz they have a city tax on them per pack that I'd guess generates lots of $ They say it is added per pack for cleaning up the butts....they probably couldn't make up a way to charge for cleaning up fruity smelling vapor so decided to ban it

 

Why not go another step further and just ban the people that vape?
