I still haven't gotten my email yet, but.. IF I got the right property, on google maps, it showed the house in one state of repair, and on bing, it showed it in another, which I found really helpful in knowing how to weight the given info as opposed to what I was seeing with my eyes. Had I not seen it in both conditions, I'd have kept moving along, because I tend to use exterior as a strong point an this one had almost zero exterior that I could pull from for reference... <-- This all may be horse shite, seeing as I haven't even gotten my email, but, eh.
