I don't usually buy him stuff throughout the year, but I used to pay for a few things. Now he has to pay it himself, AND give me gas money every week on top of that. Plus, he has even more chores around here now. I told him if he didn't like it he could find an apartment. He has changed his tune pretty quickly. I think he's scared of things getting worse for him.
