Obviously everyone has their own theory, and we have definitely seen periods when it was definitely random, but I still maintain that the mass of people that got it in May 2017 all had deserving numbers. I don't remember there being a single person under 50k and above 99, and considering only 1000 people got it, and there was a huge number from this forum alone, it all seemed to make sense.

As for why they picked person A with 55k and 99.9 and not person B with 60k and 99.9, fuck knows about that though.
