The lawn was ok at best. You might get a better lawn.

Mine had a lot of brown spots from uneven watering Almost certainly indicates poor sloping too.

Some of the edges around the shed wasn't weed whacked well, so looks like some of the taller grass have gotten close to going to seed around areas that should be edged better.

Could probably benefit from a better grass variety depending on their region. A full/sun/shade hybrid would probably be good for the whole lawn due to the various structure throughout.

Now that I've taken a deep breath I decided that hiding her charging cord was a much better way to go. That is pretty close to death for most teens,lol.

I can't really tell what exactly the ivy growing up the trellis is, but reminds me there's some variegated English Ivy that has been growing "wild" behind my work that I've been meaning to dig up to use as a hanging indoor plant.
