Even with the very impressive benchmarks of the zen2 launch, it still is probably a better bargain to consider a 2600/2600x for your use case; pushing 3 monitors full of chrome tabs reliably for ~5 years isn't really a workload that would benefit from the newer parts.

My bigger concern is that the zen2 x570 boards have active cooling on the motherboard chipset, and that is something that's both a little fiddly and, should the fan stop working, it's something that could be difficult to diagnose before it caused a catastrophic failure.
