Got an ice cream maker for my mom for mothers day a few years back. It was surprisingly easy to make tasty ice cream, especially when you are using fresh fruits and stuff!

I basically just make a vanilla bean custard base and then make a concentrated espresso/coffee milk mixture that I mix into my custard mix and then chill them for a bit in the fridge before I put them in the ice cream maker
