The requester clearly has no idea what she's doing and everyone's going gung ho and probably putting death threats in her email over a single reject. Just chill, they seem clueless and overwhelmed. IRB witch hunting never looks good (unless someone accuses you of not being black, then the gloves are off.)

It was an exaggeration, but people take getting rejections way too seriously. A single reject is never going to make or break your mturk account, so just chill and it'll be sorted out.

This is one of those times that "it will be sorted out" isn't going to happen. She's already said she has no intention of reversing the rejections.
