every batch I found today or was posted here, they all were underpaid and had unclear instructions. hopefully better hits will post this evening/tonight.

 

So, I have to share.

One of the tenants who yelled at me earlier today about no a/c (despite the fact that the repair guy was due at her house in about 30 mins, she was upset he wouldn't come on a Sunday) sent me flowers as an apology for yelling at me, and to thank me for getting it fixed so fast. (Was fixed by noon today, she talked to the a/c guy Sunday morning so just over 24 hour turn around time...)
