supposedly they are going to try to QA the bonuses each week and if you have an error in a particular week you won't get any bonuses for that week. which I guess is better than the whole month but with all the changes I doubt they've been QAing weekly so just going to sit back and wait for the shit show in a couple weeks

Yeah, the problem with that is they already gave a figure where it was stated that "27% of the submissions were wrong on unit numbers", and then went on to clarify that they weren't actually wrong, just not self contained in the evidence. Meaning there wasn't 100% proof in the hit itself that it was right. How often do you suppose they'll be urged to consider something not self contained when someone has racked up an enormous bonus for that period?
