The system requester has in place to generate your own code is ridiculous and tedious....it took longer than the survey did
As my luck would have it, I created me code and submitted to mturk (the HIT was about to expire because of the short timer). Turns out I missed one of the steps when making my code so, the survey wouldn't take it. So, the code I submitted to mturk is slightly different than the one I submitted on the survey itself.
More time wasted messaging requester to explain the discrepancy.
Will update if I hear back or get a rejection

It was there, I just had to reread like 5 times to find it. Really shitty.

 

Something something lightshot links can just be generated because it's all alphanumeric. Apparently some people will just run through urls and laugh at what they find. IDK if it really matters too much, but it's something to be aware of.
