-Many are screened out, makes you do recaptcha before unpaid screener
-Very repetitive, same exact question over 5 times in some cases
-Excessive attention checks
-Cumbersome format
-Seems like one of those surveys that are highly reject prone and that I am playing Russian Roulette if I submit it, I would avid this one

you can start your own thread in the requester section of the forum which would also cut down on repeat questions since it will be easier for people to look at previous questions before asking something

I don't know what other people may think, but you could reduce the error rate in the responses if you split the batches into each disability (for future batches). I don't think it's a big issue, but it may help a bit.
