So if I'm figurin' right, a turker basically needs to be running 2 computers, if there's no other way to scrape & panda in parallel at high frequency without PREs?

If that's the deal, it surprises me if Amazon doesn't monitor timing and issue PREs "per account" (rather than per computer). — IOW, I'm surprised if they can't somehow detect (and issue PREs) when a user account runs 2+ computers at a combined request frequency that is higher than the PRE-limited frequency of a single computer.
