    No one feeds sea birds. They feed themselves through sheer force of will and stupidity. Anybody that's spent a decent amount of time knows that sea birds eat anything they can get their filthy beaks on. They eat plastic by choice. I've seen them swoop down and grab a bottle of sun tan lotion.
