In fairness, a fair bit of the reports seem to have done the hit in 20-25 minutes. It took me almost 42 minutes. There was a player in my group who kept not selecting something, so it'd be the full 10 seconds in-between the rounds, and I ended up waiting about 15 minutes from accepting the hit for others to join. The hit pay per hour would have obviously been better without those two factors.

So maybe consider giving some compensation for long waiting times or something like that?

 

@Abdullah sunk cost fallacy and not being a dick to my teammates is the only reason why I am still completing your HIT. Not gonna lie, this HIT is not worth it at all.
