I'm not sure if you can even still sign up for iTunes match or if they just don't advertise it, but for $25 a year you can basically launder all of your pirated music. iTunes scans your music library and then you get cloud access to those songs from any device. You can also download files to any device.

You don't even have to upload your mp3 files. Basically it sees you have an mp3 of X song and then gives you access to the iTunes version of X song.
