Forgive me if you already know this, but you can put in the bonus amount you received to have the export/review calculate your effective hourly rate with that included. It makes the pay a bit more transparent. There's a field to the left (I think) of the time in the review window to add that info.

Sure, search terms that are company names will get top results that are mostly about the companies.

Biased for relevancy, not for business. More people searching those terms = higher ranking results. I know it's easy to just assume everything is malicious for hail corporate reasons, but I don't think it really is that bad.

Also, DuckDuckGo isn't powered just by Bing. That's a disservice to a decent quality search provider.
