09/05 - Thinking Thursday!

Oh heck I accidentally looked the dog in the eye again. Good thing there's no work worth doing up anyway.

 

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

 

You gotta watch that eye contact for sure. One of my dogs if I even look at her when I head out the door she automatically feels entitled to a ride.

Time for a break, I need to do something more productive than mturk has been this morning. Y'all kill while I'm gone and tell me all about it later. Good turking.....

 

I accidentally rolled over in bed about 4 am. The cat was all, "OH GOOD! YOU'RE UP! TIME TO PARTY!" Then the dog heard the cat prancing about on the bed and decided to do a jig on my hardwood floors making an incessant clicking sound for what felt like hours (but was, like, 2 minutes) before I finally gave up and got up to deal with what they wanted, which was to fly out the back door and see if the opossum that has been visiting us each night has shown back up and prowled around our yard.

Nope. The first night we accidentally found it around 3 am that's what it looked like to me. A big (tiny) scary (scared) creature in my yard. Until the animals trapped it in some plastic net stuff I have a roll of laying near planter boxes so I can make them cat-proof.

Then it looked cute and I felt sorry for it and had to go outside (in the dark, without shoes!) and shoo my stupid domestic pets away from the scary (scared), trapped creature so it could get free and run (waddle) off to safety (IN MY DAMN GARAGE!)

Some nights it's like a zoo in my yard. Last week we disturbed a raccoon in the middle of the night who promptly scampered up my cherry tree and commenced hissing and threatening chatter.

 

I can not wait to see the Patriots be knocked off the throne.
