Great now my bank isn't verifying at all

I upload my bank statement it never gets verified but the option to upload a document reappears later that day or the next

I discontinued our land line to save money a couple of years ago ($30-40/month for a phone we never used!)

I do, however, have a backup battery charged at all times that is a beefy one. It can recharge our cellphones at least 8xs prior to running out of juice. and my car has a plug in it for charging, too.

Sometimes I get nervous and want my landline back but...I want my money...lol...)
