    Regular business hours are when the most HITs will be posted, but also when you likely have the most competition, so hard question to answer definitively.

    If you manage your workflow more efficiently than your competition, 7AM EST => 8PM EST are all viable work hours

    I usually start around 8:30-9am CST and work until 2-3 PM my time. Business hours is the best answer but sometimes work pops up unexpectedly. So sometimes it's a coinflip. If you -had- to pick hours I would just treat it like a normal day job and work those hours.
