when he gets the PT exercises make sure he is doing them 3 times a day at least.

my dad was a tyrant XD
first at 5 am to "warm up" - 15 minutes
after breakfast session at 8 - 45 minutes
before lunch prep at 11 am - 30 minutes
after lunch at 2 pm - 45 minutes
before dinner 5:30 pm - 30 minutes
post-dinner/before bed 8 pm - 15 minutes

i never exercise more than when i'm post surgery XD

 

Will do. He's gonna hate me. He already had his shoulder replaced, that still gives him fits. I wasn't in the picture to make him do all the exercises though.

 

ironically the one i vouch for the most is the warm up at whatever hour he is waking up. the stiffness after sleeping is the WORSE
