Well I use the term flooded kinda lightly. it was on it's way but I caught it before anything bad happened. I think I'm set now just need to dig a trench away from the window down there. It's a bilevel and there is a hole dug so you can get access out of the window in case of a fire. We got so much rain that it pooled up so high it went past the foundation and into the siding.

 

Has it really been that long? Swear that happened so recently!

We had a fun medical day yesterday, my son got injured in football practice where he thought he broke his collarbone, went to the hospital, xrays it's not broken and they told him they think he's ok...but he has a ton of pain and where it meets his sternum it's painful to the touch and if he moves certain ways so he probably needs an MRI to see if he has any dislocation or cartilage damage.

Wife went to see the foot doctor for a troublesome painful heel she's been dealing with for awhile. Apparently she has some pretty serious bone spurs under her achillies tendon to the point that she may have a partial tear of the tendon. She's in a boot now and doing therapy to try to help but she was told they're about 90% sure she'll need surgery to fix it...

It's a surgery where your tendon has to be unattached, spurs shaved off, tendon reattached, so essentially the recovery and rehab is as if you tore your achillies tendon, fun stuff.
