Go to Hits page. Click Filter button. Leave "I'm qualified..." and "Require..." unchecked. Make "Pays at least" 0. Apply. Search for, in this case, "VT Social Development Lab". You may have to refresh a few, or many, times till something comes up. When it does, the "Actions" column will tell you what you need to know. Click on negative space in the row to expand the listing. Here, it told me that I could "Request Qualification", for whatever that's worth. Sometimes it'll say "Take test", and that's probably what you're looking for.
