    Crappy screen hinges (they sell repair kits but, I'd rather buy a laptop that doesn't require the extra $$, effort or downtime)

    if you don't care how it looks, or how heavy it is, buy this or that lenovo and throw another 8gb dim of ram in there and be done.



    if you want to pay 200-300 more, ask @ThisPoorGuy for his results when he was looking for "adult" laptops. where you will be paying solely for the laptop itself to be smaller and lighter.

    I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 720, 15 Inch. The updated one is the S740 which is coming soon. It has discrete graphics which is nice and it doesn't look like a 13 year old threw up .

    Now get this goddamn bunny off my forum or I'm going on strike again.

    I def don't care about looks/weight, but CPU/RAM is important and that is kinda struggle bus'ing it lol

    Those are two different things. Thinkpads have good mouse buttons but I never said that they sucked but the trackpad indeed sucks.

    They need to just have a good trackpad on top of the nice physical buttons.
