    This is the response I got from them but it didn't fix it for me..

    "We have had feedback of a similar issue before. Please close all your web browser windows and restart your device (laptop or desktop). After that, please retry first in an incognito window. If that doesn't work, then please clear all caches and retry in a regular window. To clear your caches:
