I guess that may be just a delay in synchronizing data between TV & HitForker?
(I don't know how that all works. Just wondering about the difference there.)

Another observation (using the same requester as an example):
No rejections reported on TV, but 4 on TO (back in August).
Yes I understand TV is not TO, and they don't share data.
So, I have a hotkey that opens TV+TO+TO2 when I want to check them all.
