Well thankfully, we only have to do this until November 5th when he goes back for his checkup. I'm praying we don't have to use them after that, but thanks so much for the info. That will come in handy when he has hernia surgery in 8 weeks. He has a hernia in his groin he has to have repaired. My poor guy is falling apart.

 

yeah after I typed I thought you might not need it long if it is just post op but you never know they told me the swelling would go away in a year. 4 years and 2 month later it is worse not better and they now say it is permanent and I am a wealth of knowledge on compression garments and pneumatic compression devices so if you end up needing any of that stuff just ask
